Shanghai Girls by LIsa See

Misha-The Mikhail Baryshnikov Story (this book is so old that I had to find a picture of him for the blog).

 

He couldn't be more perfect if he tried-Misha, that is.

I've heard that this is a good one.  I must confess, I'm looking forward to reading Shanghai Girls more.
 

 
 
 

The Last Good Book I've Read. 'My Booky Wook' by Russell Brand

 

I love honest autobiographies and it doesn't get more honest than this one, 'My Booky Wook'.

 

And yes, I like that crazy hair too.  Check You Tube for some of his stand up routines, he makes me laugh.  My DH doesn't understand, btw..

I thought he was fairly nice to that heckler, considering.....

This is the best crafting book, ever!

Martha Stewart's Encylopedia of Crafts: An A-to-Z Guide with Detailed Instructions and Endlesss Inspiration

   

My book came in the mail yesterday.  It's my new favorite book, of course.

Thought I'd include the Andy Dick and Amy Sedaris shows.  They're both such funny people, she needs to have them back on the show. 

Amy Sedaris, she's awesome and I love how unflappable Martha can be with her guests. 

Jonathan Rhys Meyers was supposed to be on her show today but couldn't make it (I was so bummed!)and you could tell she was sad that he didn't show, too.  It turns out that she's a big fan of 'The Tudors'. 

Martha seems to genuinely love this program so I hope he comes back to bake a cake with her or whatever.  : ) 

 

Did you notice my new Tudors countdown widget over there?  LOL.  It starts this Sunday (Season 3, on Showtime but you can download the program on iTunes) and we have TiVo but what the heck, I need a reminder.
